<h2>Job Description</h2> <p>At Semikron Danfoss we are currently looking for a Senior Director Supplier Quality &amp; Supplier Development (m/f/d) at our Flensburg or Nuremberg site.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this position, you will be responsible for the global supplier quality and development department. Your team will represent the company with technical expertise to suppliers.</p> <ul> </ul> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <p>In this position, you will take on the responsible for the Global Supplier Quality &amp; Development department. Your team will represent the company with technical expertise to suppliers.</p> <p> </p> <p>The overall focus lies on the following tasks:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Initial assessment of supplier quality (potential analyses, supporting with risk analyses)</li> <li>Supplier development during the industrialization phase</li> <li>Assurance of supplier quality </li> <li>Supplier evaluation</li> <li>Continuous supplier development (supplier audits, plans to improve quality performance)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You interpret and communicate the evolving business objectives and stakeholder needs within the Supplier Quality organization. Furthermore, you ensure a high level of process efficiency and a global harmonization of processes and working standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>In your role as a manager, you promote and develop your team by setting clear goals, coaching, and supporting individual development.</p> <h2>Background &amp; Skills</h2> <p>For this position, you have completed a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering. Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in Supplier Quality - ideally in an electronics production environment.
