Position Summary:

The Associate Director, Marketing Campaign Lead is a key role within the Campaign & Consent Mgmt. Platform IT Team, to enable us to engage with customers and create impactful experiences. The Associate Director will be responsible for leading a team of marketing campaign managers who collaborate with business stakeholders to define and design the marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. Role will be responsible for shaping various digital customer engagement capabilities & strategic roadmaps for Commercialization in partnership with matrix teams in IT and business functional teams across US and International Markets. The individual would hold a strong hands-on experience to manage depth of the platforms across the commercialization enterprise capabilities covering the Digital engagement ecosystem.

This position will be responsible shape the solutions that enable the customer engagement. The position will be responsible for the steady state of operations and production resources, implementing and managing the Operating Model, processes, and training documentation. This role would be accountable for the planning and delivery of campaigns to enhance customer experience and support marketing goals and objectives. Additionally, the role is responsible analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing campaign managers who are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and optimization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to understand the business objectives, customer needs, and campaign requirements.

  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices on campaign design, targeting, segmentation, personalization, testing, and measurement.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management policies and regulations across all campaigns and platforms.

  • Manage the campaign budget, timeline, resources, and risks, and ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign deliverables.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, insights, and learnings, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead, plan & deliver new and/or existing strategic platform capabilities that create tangible business value and outcomes.

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify high value differentiating capabilities when making digital capability platform choices.

  • Act as the digital expert for system processes and workflows. Participate in analysis and provide input and recommendations for meeting business requirements. 

  • Collaborate and Partner with local, regional and global colleagues to drive the adoption and enablement of digital capabilities by effective business process design, change management, end user training.

  • Partner closely with the Various CIT IT team to align and identify Opportunities / Synergies in respective capabilities and IT investments.

  • Lead and partner with matrix teams to drive and govern change board processes across capabilities and projects

  • Collaborate with matrix teams (i.e., Business, IT, Security, External Vendors, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of programs, projects, and support activities to meet business needs

  • Perform as primary point of contact for the technical product’s modules needs and service performance.
