As a Card Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the department; focusing on member service standards, meeting organizational goals, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with members, peers, staff, and vendors.
• Develop and implement new plans and procedures to enhance operating efficiency.
• Responsible for assisting in various levels of service delivery and business objectives for the department, and also oversee third party processors reconciliation via General Ledgers
• Supervise their assigned staff and coordinate their schedules, develop them, and ensure they provide exceptional service.
• Assist with the oversight of the department’s programs and related services.
• Aid departmental leadership in implementing, overseeing, and achieving department goals and objectives.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The starting salary range is $92,273.88 - $115,342.36 however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:
Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.

Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and four years of experience in ATM/Debit Card, or Credit Card Management are required. One additional year of supervisory experience or experience at the lead or senior level is also required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Credit Union experience preferred.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Card Center Supervisor you must possess these qualifications:
• Knowledge of TFCU policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of VISA USA, VISA International, and MasterCard International operating rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Knowledge of ATM and ITM maintenance.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Knowledge of host network operations and procedures.
• Ability to use Symitar, TransFund/ FIS, Data Navigator/eAccess, Fiserv, PSCU, Network Manager, XNET/ Prepaid card systems, CardWizard, and Diebold iConnect systems.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and set priorities based on goals and objectives.
