At Signify's OEM Sales team in Warsaw/Pila, we're seeking a fresh graduate that’s keen to learn and accelerate their career within our one-year long Development Program, which will enable you to continue your professional journey at Signify on full time position.

Our Signify Graduate Development Program is an excellent opportunity for you to:

🚀 Start your professional career by experiencing different departments: During the program you’ll work in OEM Sales team, but also go through 3 rotations in other teams (Marketing, Commercial Operations) to gain a broader perspective and expand your network at Signify!

🌱 Grow personally and professionally: During the year you’ll go through tailored trainings, including topics from your areas of responsibility as well as self-awareness and way of working, i.e. LEAN methodology, Design Thinking, Technical Knowledge about LED innovations.

🤝 Work in a global organization: You will daily engage with diverse stakeholders worldwide, working on projects that help to drive the innovation in lighting industry.

Your Team:

Join the OEM Sales team. Here, we champion in providing the best solutions (LED components - drivers, LED modules, control systems components etc.) in B2B channel across Central and Eastern Europe countries. We cooperate with the biggest luminaire producers in the region. You will be part lighting passionate team which provide extraordinary power of light to multiple applications.

Your Profile:

🎓 Academic Background: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (completed by September 2024), preferably Electronics, Lighting Technic, Electric.

🌟 Skill Set: Fluency in Polish and English, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), confidence in presenting.

🚀 Key Attributes: Energized, proactive, openminded and results-driven, with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

💼 Tech Savvy: Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel, interested in new wireless control systems (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-fi), social media ninja (Facebook, Youtube).

🌍 Cultural Fluency: Ability to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting and build bridges across stakeholders.
