Job Description

Role Overview – IT Manager

Led the technology strategy and oversaw the implementation and operations of software applications and systems supporting core business functions. Key responsibilities included:

• Enhancing and managing ERP, OMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

• Directing technical planning, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

• Leading API integrations and utilizing microservices architecture to improve system interoperability.

• Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms.

Key Strengths:

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.

• Skilled in translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Adept at working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.

  • Proven track record in managing business applications and systems integration, particularly within consumer goods or retail environments.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in ERP systems, with deep knowledge of Oracle NetSuite.

  • Skilled in Order Management Systems (OMS), POS systems, and E-commerce platforms.

• Systems & Integrations:

  • Experienced in API integrations and microservices architecture.

  • Strong grasp of database management, system upgrades, and maintenance.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Familiar with data security, compliance standards, and user access control frameworks.

• Major Applications (Hands-on Experience):

  • Oracle NetSuite

  • ShipStation

  • Magento

  • Shopify

  • Celigo

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
