Production Shift Supervisor - Pharma (Schimatari)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical product manufacturing industries in Greece, is looking for a

“Production Shift Supervisor”.

Responsibilities:

Direct report to the Production Manager.

• Ensures the smooth operation of the production department in the time frame of the shift.
• Monitors the production process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensures compliance with all company policies, GMP standards and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Takes initiative or participates in efforts aimed at enhancing productivity processes and lowering production costs.
• Guides employee performance to ensure that they reach goals and complete duties on schedule.
• Advises employees on their job obligations and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required.
• A postgraduate degree will be treated as an extra qualification.
• One (1) year minimum working experience in an equivalent position, ideally in pharma (or cosmetics, or food) industrial manufacturing. Prior expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, will be an asset.
• Fluency in English language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
