Job Description
· Assure adequate inventory levels and monitors/initiates replenishment of stock at all times
· Responsible for emptying warehouse trash end of each day
· Manage entire material flow from order to receiving into WMS
· Collab with Inventory Control Specialist/Production Planners to ensure stock accuracy
· Identify and document material gaps and highlight corrective and preventive actions to supervisor/team lead.
· Replenish work on floor with sufficient and necessary materials to complete the timely assembly of work orders.
· Works well with others/Team Player
· And OTHER DUTIES as instructed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Outlook)
· Accurate thorough understanding of and ability to follow set work procedures and SOPs
· Ability to lift packages up to 30lbs without assistance
· Reliable transportation
· Flexible able to work OT and weekends when necessary
· Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time in warehouse/office setting
· Able to work under pressure
· Works well with others/Team Player
Education/Experience (BMQ):
· High School diploma/GED
· Experience working in a GMP environment
· Order processing
· Microsoft Office
· Computer Literate required to use automated systems including WMS/Inventory

Physical Requirements:
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
- Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
- Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions
