Overview

As the Talent Acquisiton Partner, you'll be the face of Suncadia to job candidates and the community. Using your sense for detail and a keen eye for talent, you'll support the wider talent acquisition strategies and efforts at Suncadia. From pre-screening candidates to processing offers, you'll ensure that the candidate experience is consistent and positive.

 

Salary Range: $26/hour - $27/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all resort positions
• Execute Talent Acqusition strategies and processes
• Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and create proactive talent pipelines
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews; coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with hiring policies
• Collaborate with Talent Development Manager on TA initiatives and projects
• Manage relationships with local workforce organizations, universities, and recruitment agencies to enhance hiring efforts
• Partner with People Services Team on the J1 Visa Program and other international recruiting efforts
• Partner with the Talent Development Manager to track and analyze recruitment metrics, making data-driven recommendations for hiring improvements
• Represent Suncadia at career fairs and community events to attract top hospitality talent

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hospitality roles, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and golf operations
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
• Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of EEO laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and digital recruitment tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for hiring events
