As a Patient Access Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for patient registration, check-in, check-out, financial services, and front-end operations. You'll coach and develop your team, monitor department performance, solve challenges in real time, and help ensure every patient receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

💼 What You'll Do
Lead and support a team of Patient Access Representatives
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
Monitor patient flow and help create a smooth, efficient experience for patients and families
Oversee registration, check-in, check-out, and financial services operations
Manage key revenue cycle work queues and department performance metrics
Resolve escalated patient and account concerns with professionalism and compassion
Participate in hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and staff development
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

🧠 What You Bring
Strong leadership and people development skills
Experience in Patient Access, registration, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with healthcare technology and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
📋 Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
4+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, medical office, revenue cycle, banking, retail, hospitality, or a related field
At least 2 years of direct Patient Access experience
⭐ Preferred:
Associate's Degree or higher
5+ years of hospital or multi-specialty clinic experience
Epic experience
