Position Overview
The Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) is seeking to hire a Senior Compliance Analyst in OIG’s Bureau of Compliance and Evaluation for its office located in Springfield, IL. The Senior Compliance Analyst will travel to conduct reviews and site visits related to addressing the root causes of abuse and neglect of individuals with disabilities at state operated facilities and community agencies. After collecting evidence and conducting interviews, the Senior Compliance Analyst will prepare a professional, well-written report that summarizes their findings and makes recommendations for corrective action. The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for tracking and ensuring compliance of written responses submitted in response to OIG investigations and coordinate all activities of employee placement on the Health Care Worker Registry.
