What you'll do:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple data center builds, both new and existing, within their region during the physical infrastructure delivery phase. This involves managing communication between various stakeholders and the on-site team and leading a team of regional Tiger Team Technicians. Key responsibilities include developing action plans for each build, seeing the projects through, and providing necessary resources to their team.

About the role:

  • Manage and deploy new and ongoing data center sites within the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Advance and enforce data center standards.
  • Develop and implement site-specific build documentation.
  • Supervise and guide on-site Tiger Team Technicians.
  • Comply with training protocols established by the Global Alignment Team.
  • Provide progress reports on builds to relevant stakeholders.
  • Offer support to data center teams within the designated region.
  • Formulate efficiency strategies to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Uphold CoreWeave values at all regional sites.
  • Organize daily synchronization meetings with on-site personnel and Project Managers.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of data center topology, data center deployment and operations, and infrastructure knowledge
  • 5+ years of computer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling, deploying)
  • 2+ years of Linux Operating System
  • 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience
  • 4+ years of supply chain experience
  • All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to travel  and work in an environment that operates 24/7
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to take ownership of a build to meet the demands of deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and overheads
  • Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, facilities, network engineers, project managers, and Data Center Operations peers

The base pay for this position ranges from $98,000 to $118,000. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
