As a Product Associate in Client360, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. In this role, you will support a cross-functional team to design, construct, and manage a robust data platform that aligns with the program's objectives. Enhance client engagement and foster business growth by driving initiatives to ensure data quality and compliance. Integrate data from diverse sources to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value. Participate in product planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives.
 

Job responsibilities
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals 
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Builds a deep understanding for how JPMorgan engages our  extensive client base, including go-to-market strategies, relationship management priorities, and business development.  
  • Plays a leading role in delivering a transformational new solution within JPMorgan that will influence how we engage our customers and drive business globally.  
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our products and ongoing success
  • Drives customer-centric product development which translate business needs into tech / data requirements, ,and user stories
  • Partners with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of JPMorgan’s customers and the market through user research and discovery.  
  • Partners with data scientists to derive business insights using data analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Graph) and forward-looking AI/ML capabilities. 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with various stakeholder groups.
  • Outstanding judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail ability.
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's business landscape with an understanding of how Corporate and Investment Banking engages clients with a broad set of products and services. 
  • Interest in the product development lifecycle, including performing product discovery and requirement definition with a customer-centric mindset, along with data analytics and data literacy. 
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple project work streams. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
