About us
The Workplace Experience Key Markets, North America & Greater China department is responsible for managing the Sanofi Group's office locations in more than 20 countries worldwide in an ever-changing environment. As an intern, you will be part of the Business Support and Projects Key Markets department and you will gain extensive insights into a wide range of business processes, such as Controlling/Finance, Personnel Planning, Project Management & Governance topics.
Your tasks description
to support the Workplace Experience team in business operations, commercial and financial processes (e. g. target/actuals analyses, budgeting process, etc.)
You take on a wide range of projects, staff tasks and support management decisions
You will create analyses and presentations to respond to regular & ad-hoc inquiries on a local & global level
You design and support the preparation of meetings on a global scale
Requirements & Qualifications
You are in your studies in business administration, or similar in the field of facility management
Mandatory internship of at least 5 months
You have business administration as well as controlling/finance knowledge and an affinity for applications and tools (MS Office)
You have analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex processes
You are motivated and have strong communication and teamwork skills
You are open minded and transparent
Very good German and written and spoken English skills
