Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Data Visualization Analyst, preferably within the construction related industry, experienced with data management, analytics and dashboard reporting development. 

The Data Visualization Analyst will be responsible for data management, analytics and dashboard reporting development. The required role is for our technology client’s global retail rollout program project. 

Job Objectives: 

• Technical build out of Tableau dashboards. 
• Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards. 
• Develop and maintain data models and governance processes. 
• Presentation to service streams of developed dashboards. 
• Create processes and structure to support the Business Intelligence strategy. 
• Support the training of internal personnel, as required. 
• Present high-level metrics in a simple, accessible way. 
• Partner and lead digital project leads to drive value and ensure success measures. meet Retail RE&D’s Business and Digital Objectives.
• Partner with Retail RE&D’s Digital Stakeholder Team to ensure Dashboard and Data requirements and satisfactory and delivered.
• Partner with Business Line SME’s team to further KPI’s for all Business Units.

Qualifications

• Openness and interest to learn new data analysis & reporting. 
• Advanced presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of performance data. 
• Ability to build data models to support required analysis and reporting. 
• Vision and design flare to translate data to best practice data visualization. 
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation.
• Ability to work within different client cultures and across multiple teams.

Education/Experience:

• Graduate or advanced college degree.
• Qualified in information technology / data analytics and data visualization.
• Proficient with data management. 
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience within the construction industry preferred.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $75K-$160 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
