Senior Software Developer

Design, develop, troTechnical design, development and maintenance of next-generation NetSuite SuitePeople (HCM) product, namely payroll and absence management (timeoff)
- Close collaboration with various NetSuite teams (Core, UI, DevOps, Release,…)
- Develop clean and well thought out code for both frontend and backend using Java, PL/SQL and Javascript in cloud based environment
- Perform design and code reviews to ensure products meet our quality standards
- Play an active role in Quality assurance process
- Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information. Information required may not be easy to access or may require further research
- Promote agile development principles, be open to trying new things
- Effectively use current tools and be willing to continuously learn and develop your skills.
Ideal Qualification
- Bachelor's degree+ in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline
- 3+ years experience: web development, OOP, systems architecture, technical design and delivery
- Familiar with JAVA, javascript/typescript, relational databases (preferably Oracle) PL/SQL or similar alternative
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Believer in agile principles
- Good communication skills in Czech and English (written & verbal)

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
