Assist the brand strategies development, including 5Ps Strategies, Innovation Pipeline, Shopper Initiatives, Promotional Events and Advertising, taking into consideration the market dynamics and business opportunities of each country in the region. Drive the execution of margin improvement and simplification initiatives within sub-categories!</p> <p> </p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supports sub-category development new product launches/re-launches and go to market process and 5Ps</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify issues / opportunities, analysis and propose action plans to meet the objectives of the brand. Co leads and participates in the monthly business review process, monitoring performance principle metrics vs. plan and competitive media and promotional activities regarding the issues / opportunities found</p> </li> <li> <p>Works closely with the Brand Development Managers of each operation to facilitate successful implementation of initiatives, and align global and regional strategies into our markets</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop locally sourced SKU’s including Club packs, promo packs by working with packaging and co-packer. Gives guidelines to teams to help them on the definition of forecasting, SKU creation and extension, artwork development process.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and presents Regional Strategic Commercial Meetings./Supports preparation for Budget Review, Mid-Year Review for Corporate &amp; Division</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with the agency and define powerful and compelling briefs to amplify locally the regional innovation pipeline and local projects</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What You Need (Required Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 1 year of professional experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Intermediate-Advanced English Level</p> </li> </ul> <p><br/> Our Commitment to Sustainability<br/> With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
