Day in the Life of a Human Resource Intern

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to:

  • Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.
  • Active participation in recruiting and selection processes
  • Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

Qualifications

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1-August 7, 2026
