Job Profile Title:            Technical Project Manager for AI Implementation

Location/ Division Specific Information-   Austin, TX

How will you make an impact?-

The AI Project Manager drives the successful implementation and adoption of AI projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. This role leads strategic projects, manages multi-functional teams, and enhances customer relationships to achieve business goals. With full accountability for project budgets, schedules, and performance, the AI Project Manager ensures impactful AI solutions for organizational success.

What will you do? -  

• Keep cross-organizational and cross-functional teams focused on the highest-impact priorities that drive successful AI adoption and measurable business outcomes

• Manage and track project execution across multiple development teams to ensure the successful, high-quality, and on-time delivery of AI implementation projects, from pilot to scale

• Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Business Unit, et. al., to champion AI-driven transformation projects

• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks that hinder AI integration, making informed tradeoffs and communicating them clearly to stakeholders

• Proactively identify risks and resistance to AI adoption, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely resolutions to maintain momentum and stakeholder confidence

• Anticipate and navigate setbacks related to AI deployment, including data readiness, model performance, and change management challenges

• Apply technical judgment to align AI solutions with business strategy, ensuring that implementation decisions support long-term scalability and ethical use of AI

• Provide clear communication both across and up as to status and challenges

How will you get here? - 

Education:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field is required

Experience:  

• Minimum 8-12 years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline, is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

• Ability to drive change and adoption of new processes across the organization

• Comfortable delivery of communications to a wide audience, including Executives and stakeholders

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge

• Familiarity within a cloud infrastructure

• Knowledge of how back-office tools operate

• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural global team

• Ability to travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Basic generative AI knowledge and use preferred

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus

• Familiarity within a cloud infrastructure

• An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered

 

P04/ Austin, TX Compensation Range: 

 $103,000- 144,300.00 - 185,400.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Bonus:   15%
