Responsible for setting up and maintaining supply of buffet items, taking food and beverage orders from guests, and following all rules and regulations regarding food and alcohol service. Demonstrates a knowledge of menu or buffet items and specials. Keeps work area clean and sufficiently stocked. Associate Perks
Pay starting at $12.00 per hour plus tips

Essential Functions
Greet guests immediately
Provide professional service
Menu and Product Knowledge
Utilize point of sale
Problem Solve
Performs beginning and ending inventory of bar areas
Create, modify, and close checks via electronic tablet/point of sale system
Promptly address any customer service issues, direct to manager as needed
Implement steps of service
Follow safe food and alcohol handling practices
Follow all responsible alcohol service policies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow Argyle Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures

Be able to interact with high profiles guests and fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner
Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude
Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food and beverage handling
Strong teamwork attitude
Able to read, understand, and follow written directives
Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-year bartending experience
Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
