As Head of Fit-out, you’ll be the driving force behind the €150M transformation of our hotels across 8 countries in Europe. You’ll lead a talented team of project managers to deliver high-quality refurbishments—on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to our guests. From upgrading existing properties to enabling new business unites across the portfolio, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, hotel teams, and senior leadership to bring bold design visions to life. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the €150Mn redevelopment program of our hotel portfolio, managing end-to-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple countries</li> <li>Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and external partners to deliver multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Design, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure quality and feasibility</li> <li>Translate creative concepts into executable design packages and oversee contractor tendering and execution</li> <li>Oversee project budgets, timelines, and phasing to align with operational needs and exceptional guest experience</li> <li>Develop toolkits and standards that can be scaled for future new-build hotels across Europe</li> <li>Monitor risks, mitigate impact on hotel operations, and ensure smooth project delivery</li> <li>Report directly to the COO and act as a strategic sparring partner on investment planning and asset upgrades</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in real estate development, with proven expertise in hotel refurbishments and fit-outs</li> <li>A successful track record in managing large-scale international redevelopment projects</li> <li>Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary project teams</li> <li>Deep understanding of hotel operations, construction phasing, and FF&amp;E procurement</li> <li>A sharp eye for design and detail, plus fluency working with finance and legal teams</li> <li>Willingness to travel frequently across Europe</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
