Position Summary: The Department of Neurosurgery at Penn is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented clinical research coordinator to support ongoing clinical and outcomes research in patients with pituitary tumors and anterior skull base brain tumors. This individual will play a key role in managing and organizing clinical trials and data to support research efforts aimed at improving surgical outcomes and quality of life for this patient population.

This role involves collecting, organizing, and managing clinical data, including entering information into REDCap and maintaining accurate and comprehensive databases. The coordinator will work closely with faculty and clinical teams to ensure high-quality data collection and compliance with research protocols. The coordinator will also assist in the management of relevant clinical trials including screening patients, subject enrollment, and collection of clinical data. In addition to data management responsibilities, the position offers opportunities to contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving surgical outcomes and quality of life for patients.
