Because you deserve much more than a job. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Data Engineer, you will work alongside our BI Engineers, other Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Salesforce Factory Software Engineers and others in the Application teams, from the specification to the implementation phase to improve our applications and business lines decisions. In addition, promote Data Centric mindset &amp; Data Driven company.</p><p><strong>Context / team / project</strong></p><ul><li>Integrate into our Data Team (ETL, Data Management, BI), working together with Paris team members, as an unique team, and help Porto to upskill on this practice.</li><li>Bring a differentiating expertise to our clients and stakeholders with integrity and responsibility​ (Sustainable impact).</li><li>Be agile, accountable and resilient, according to the circumstances​ (Entrepreneurial mindset)</li><li>Purposely striving to succeed together, Porto and Paris, as one team with openness and confidence​ to improve knowledge, practice, framework, ecosystem (Collective intelligence).</li><li>Contribute on local initiative and project from assessment, use case identification, data preparation, implementation, industrialization…</li><li>Contribute to data community and share knowledge with team members.</li></ul><p><strong>Main Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain ETL jobs that integrate data from different providers.</li><li>Closely linked to our Business Analysts team in Paris and to our Salesforce Smart Factory in Porto, the focus of your role will be developing, deploying and maintaining Talend ETL jobs with different complexities.</li><li>You will also contribute to the support and testing activities of the applications and to create technical documentation aligned with the business analysts.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Years of xp:</strong></p><ul><li>&gt; 5 years overall and &gt; 3 years using Talend</li></ul><p><strong>Main Technical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar</li><li>Experience using Talend (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in other ETL processes (big plus)</li><li>Experience in Salesforce (big plus)</li><li>Experience with relational databases</li><li>Good Knowledge of SQL</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Good level of English - minimum <strong>B2</strong> (mandatory)</li><li>French is a big plus</li><li>Able to be quickly autonomous, proactive</li><li>Knowledge in agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban) (nice to have)</li><li>A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others , and an ability to turn ideas into realities</li><li>Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Candidate’s Journey:</strong> </p><p>Following your online application, you’ll be contacted by one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists.
