About the role
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Assist with the bi-weekly closing of the Jeter system for mailing to Stores and Reps. This will involve the following tasks :
- Assembly/Collation of materials
- Labeling Boxes/Bags/Envelopes
- Matching Store/Rep numbers on all pieces of material collated and placed in the Jeters
- Moving Materials to Staging Areas and removing them when completed
- Shrinkwrapping packets
- Inserting material in Jeters/Bins
- Inserting all materials from Jeters into Bags/Envelopes for mailing to the Store Locations
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED
- Operating various pieces of finishing equipment
- Unpack skids and restock inventory items
- Filling customer orders with Print on Demand items and moving them to the warehouse
- Pick inventory items from the warehouse to fill customer orders
- Operate a cardboard baler
- Keep the dock clean and clear for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Product packaging for customer orders
- Shipping packages via UPS or FedEx shipping systems
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Print & Mail Facility or Distribution Center
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
- Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
- Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
