* The IT Manager Service Owner manages the overall resources of the workforce to enable effective operation of the services
* Is the End-to-end owner of one or more IT services working closely with both the business and the internal IT service teams. The IT Manager Service Owner is responsible for ensuring the services provided meet client requirements and operate sufficiently
* Consults and supports the implementation of new or changed services for increased business productivity, including the discussion, analysis and acceptance of demand and supporting the planning for the development and implementation of service changes* Manage overall resources of the workforce to enable effective operation of the organization. Provision of advice on any aspect of acquiring resources, including employees, consultants and contractors * responsible for HC and budget planning * Collect feedback from business on prioritization of services in development * Manage business/customer expectations, feedback, compliments and complaints * Analyze and monitor service changes * Communicate service charging and service performance elements as per SLAs – Check for clarity/accuracy * Work with Stakeholders to define business solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected * Is responsible for budget and forecast management for the services provided * Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations * Ensure service data quality in portfolio / catalogue & CMDB * Manage and allocate resources * Prioritize topics (start/stop) * Measure current organizational capability & skill gaps and planning / developing for future * Responsible for alignment on operational and strategic direction * Improve employee engagement by supporting careers and professional development, Employee development planning * Is instance of escalation

The base pay range for this position is:

$158,300 - $217,657

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
