Billion Dollar Boy, a next-generation global creative agency leveraging the power of influencers and social media, is looking for a talented US Business Affairs Executive to join its Global Business Affairs team.

Your responsibilities will centre around ensuring that Billion Dollar Boy enters into smart, innovative and commercially sound deals with international clients (ranging from boutique brands to household names), talent and production partners in the US and beyond.
In this role, you will utilize varied skills, including:
dealmaking & negotiation
communication
talent/ brand-facing & production contracts
collaborating with people in varied roles (e.g. Finance, Creative, Strategy, Client Services)
providing advertising regulatory & production affairs advice
identifying and assessing risk
Responsibilities
You will carry out varied work directly related to evaluating, negotiating & structuring deals, and advising on best practice in a range of business matters, including - but not limited to - talent & brand partnerships, production, content licensing and marketing services.
- This will involve:
Live negotiation with talent agents and talent (e.g. influencers, creators, models, actors, online personalities)
Reviewing and negotiating talent contracts;
Reviewing and negotiating brand-facing Campaign SOWs;
Reviewing and negotiating agreements with production partners;
Handling location releases/ talent release forms, production insurance and other production affairs matters;
Providing advertising regulatory advice (FTC and other global territories where Billion Dollar Boy advertises);
Familiarity with group client and partner talent agency processes (training will be provided);
Working closely with key stakeholders across the business (e.g. Finance, Account Management, Creative Strategy), to ensure all negotiating positions are commercially approved and represent the agency’s best interests;
Supporting the Global Director of Business Affairs and other team members with SAG-AFTRA related matters (SAG-AFTRA experience desirable but not essential);
Being the first port of call for US Account Management, when they need support from Business Affairs;
Building relationships with talent agents and clients to promote streamlined deal negotiation;
Supporting on due diligence vetting of influencers and other talent.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Affairs.
You will develop strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will implement established talent negotiation, contracting and production processes.
You will support and ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of advertising productions.
You will support and manage music rights procurement, following established processes and liaising with our music studio partners.
You will successfully manage individual ad hoc projects and tasks from start to finish. Business Affairs is a versatile department with a varied workflow.
