Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Procurement Coordinator role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will help the procurement department in supporting and coordinating all aspects of Revolve’s warehouse supplies and sourcing programs. The coordinator will work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient completion of all procurement-related activities.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Placing orders with vendors
• Coordinating deliveries and tracking purchases
• Sourcing new supplies and vendors
• Communicating with vendors and internal customers
• Reviewing invoices
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Attending cross functional meetings and participating in special projects

Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or office admin environment
• Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, and email
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a warehouse or distribution center such as warm and cold temperatures
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with an inventory management system
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 35 lbs.
