Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p><i>Establishing and maintaining regular contact with orthodontists in private practices and clinics</i></p></li><li><p><i>Promoting the company's products in accordance with the defined sales and marketing strategy</i></p></li><li><p><i>Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and promotional objectives</i></p></li><li><p><i>Executing the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals</i></p></li><li><p><i>Representing the company at professional events such as symposiums, conferences, and internal meetings</i></p></li><li><p><i>Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities</i></p></li><li><p><i>Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to support ongoing development and innovation</i></p></li><li><p><i>Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools</i></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Company Vehicle</b></p><p>This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position</p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise</b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related)</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2–3 years of field sales experience</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of achieving sales targets</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory</p></li><li><p>Basic English proficiency is sufficient; fluency is not required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location:</b> Trójmiasto or surrounding areas - Remote</p><p><b>Travel: </b>May include up to 80% domestic</p><p><b>Relocation Assistance: </b>May be authorized</p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being</b> </p><p>Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
