What You’ll Do
 

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
  
  
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
  
  
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
  
  
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
  
  
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
  
  

 
What You Bring
 

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide is preferred—but having a big heart matters most. ❤️
  No certification yet? No problem! We offer the training course to help you get certified and start your journey in caregiving. 

• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
  
  
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
  
  
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
