Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to drive impactful corporate communications with focus on culture, organizational change and alignment. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and storytelling—partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver messages that engage, inform, and inspire employees, while ensuring smooth, people-centered adoption of change. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced, and mission-driven environments.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding messaging for change initiatives, company announcements, and culture-building efforts. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure communications are consistent, transparent, and reinforce a high-performing, connected culture.
Strategic Communication and Engagement
- Define and lead the internal and external communications strategy to support organizational goals, culture, and employee engagement.
- Advise executive leadership on messaging, storytelling, and communication best practices.
- Partner with Marketing and the executive team to strengthen company reputation through clear, consistent messaging aligned with the corporate narrative.
- Draft and edit press releases, media statements, thought leadership content, and executive speaking materials.
- Oversee program management for key initiatives, including Social Media Ambassadors, Monthly Town Halls, and Employee Value Proposition campaigns.
- Develop and implement communication plans for People Operations programs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Create high-impact content across channels—email, Slack, intranet, presentations, video, and interactive platforms—to inform and inspire employees.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Drive adoption of innovative communication tools and techniques to maintain a modern, efficient, and engaging employee experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement, or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact communication and change strategies across large, complex, and/or matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and message development skills with a clear, engaging voice.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter, or Lewin.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Slack, others etc.)
- The ability to craft clear, simple and powerful message
