Position Summary
The Director, US Breyanzi Commercial Strategy will be responsible for shaping and refining the strategic direction of Breyanzi to drive in-market performance and long-term growth. This role will lead market expansion efforts, lifecycle management (LCM) strategy, and competitive planning to optimize Breyanzi’s positioning within the evolving CAR T landscape. The Director will also oversee a team of agile marketing professionals, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to maximize impact. This individual will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Worldwide Breyanzi, Medical, Market Access, Analytics, and Sales, to develop and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate Breyanzi adoption and expand the CAR T class in lymphoma.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine Breyanzi’s commercial strategy, focusing on lifecycle management (LCM) initiatives to drive sustained brand growth.
Lead competitive strategy development, ensuring Breyanzi remains differentiated and well-positioned in the evolving CAR T landscape.
Identify and execute market expansion opportunities, including new indications and treatment settings, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive insights-driven strategic planning by leveraging data, market research, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, optimizing resource allocation to drive execution and maximize impact.
Partner with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Worldwide Breyanzi teams to align strategies and ensure integrated execution across the commercial matrix.
Anticipate competitive shifts and market dynamics, proactively developing strategies to address evolving challenges and opportunities.
Contribute to key business reviews and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and market trends into actionable strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
Demonstrated ability to lead competitive intelligence efforts and translate insights into effective brand strategies.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Prior experience in lifecycle management, market expansion, and/or competitive strategy is highly valued.
Advanced degree preferred (MBA or relevant scientific degree).
