The Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to support our Company’s product development teams. You will make an immediate impact through your expertise in executing complex, cross-functional product operations to enable core technologies and functionality critical to our business. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing and executing processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction. You will manage our Dogfood, Alpha, Beta, and General Audience releases including managing waitlists, communicating with users, consolidating feedback and bugs, and driving value by identifying customer pain points and suggesting solutions. You will be at the forefront of launching new and innovative privacy and security features for Cape. This role reports to our Head of Consumer Growth.
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact
Coordinate product launches, manage user feedback and tested groups and present findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on new features, critical bugs, and prioritization
Build and maintain critical systems, including 3rd party software, that automate our product operations, including handling of customer inquiries
Manage operational cadence for the Product organization, working closely with leaders to create effective work processes
Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and which affect multiple teams
Improve the product offering and progress towards key KPIs by identifying key insights based on your learnings from your interaction with users and understanding of the product to drive innovation in privacy and security features that matter
Oversee end-to-end activities for product development initiatives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined. Navigate competing product and technical priorities to meet delivery timelines. Experience identifying options and trade-offs and achieving consensus at all levels for the recommended approach
Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product area across business units and cross-functional teams
You have:
Track record of successfully working as an adaptable team player in a very cross-functional, fast-paced environment and leading complex strategic initiatives
