What You'll Do:
Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients with infectious diseases including optimizing medication therapies
Drug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health Floyd
Evaluate, input, and verify new medication orders
Assist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resource
Manage Pharmacy inventory
What You Need:
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy with a PharmD (Preferred)
Indiana Pharmacist Registration
Hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred)
Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy, Infectious Disease or equivalent (Preferred)
ACLS Certification (Will Provide
