We are seeking a highly qualified Team Leader Product Owner to join our team and contribute to our mission of continuous innovation.

As the Team Leader Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and developing the Product Owner (PO) team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality products that address customer needs and maintain our competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadmap technical product Management: Develop and maintain the technical product roadmap in alignment with the product strategy, customer feedback, and company goals.
• Team Management: Lead and develop the Product Owner team fostering cohesion and providing guidance for team success.
• Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product managers and Sales, developers' teams to ensure on-time and within-budget product delivery.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Sales Support: Ensure that sales teams have the necessary sales tools, such as demos and product specifications.
• Product Lifecycle: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation by the product managers to launch and post-launch support.
• Recruitment and Special Projects: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires and engage in special company projects as needed.
• Bonus: Standards Contribution: Ensure Intersec's contribution to ETSI and 3GPP standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications, public safety, or geospatial data management domains.
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to create cohesion and provide effective guidance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to measure and analyze product performance.
• Understanding of both business and technical aspects.
• Reactivity, agility, and the ability to work partially remotely with a mobile team.
• Proactive, pragmatic and innovation-driven mindset.
