The Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Professional Services Leader to oversee our high-performing services organization across Networking, Data Center, Cybersecurity, and Cloud domains. This executive role is responsible for the strategic direction, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance of a team of 800+ professionals generating over $350 million in annual revenue.

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with deep technical services knowledge, a strong customer-first mindset, and proven experience scaling large, complex service delivery teams while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the professional services strategy across core domains: Networking, Data Center, Cybersecurity, and Cloud.
• Align services roadmap with broader company objectives, product evolution, and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead strategic initiatives to grow services revenue, expand offerings, and improve margin contribution.

Operational Excellence

• Drive consistent delivery excellence and standardization across service lines and geographies.
• Implement scalable methodologies, automation, and delivery frameworks to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with PMO, Sales, and Product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and integrated delivery.

Financial & Business Management

• Own full P&L responsibility for the services business (~$300M in revenue).
• Optimize utilization, margin, and delivery efficiency through strong planning and operational controls.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans to support growth and investment.

Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire a team of 1,500+ consultants, architects, engineers, and delivery leaders.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent across geographies and domains.

Customer Success & Engagement

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and referenceability across all engagements.
• Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic customer relationships.
• Build long-term client partnerships by delivering strategic value and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology senior delivery leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary services organizations (500+ employees).
• Expertise in Networking, Data Center infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cloud (public, private, hybrid).
• Strong P&L management with experience overseeing $100M+ revenue portfolios.
