WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Manager, Customer & Partner Training (AMER/LATAM) owns the vision, delivery, and growth of Live Training experiences for customers and partners across North and Latin America. As a strategic people leader and player-coach, you’ll manage a team of trainers, guide the evolution of our regional training strategy, and ensure alignment with Braze’s customer engagement and retention goals. 

In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders in Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Localization to ensure training is impactful, scalable, and regionally relevant. You’ll measure the success and business impact of training programs and continuously iterate to support customer onboarding, adoption, and maturity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the AMER/LATAM Live Training strategy in partnership with global learning and community leaders and regional stakeholders 
  • Deliver impactful virtual and in-person customer and partner training sessions 
  • Hire, develop, and manage a team of customer training specialists
  • Ensure team-wide product mastery and training quality
  • Oversee regional scheduling, delivery, and operational logistics of instructor-led training
  • Partner with teams like Curriculum, Strategic Consulting, and Customer Success to expand course offerings and drive customer satisfaction
  • Analyze engagement and training impact data to optimize programs and demonstrate business value

WHO YOU ARE

You are a passionate learning leader with experience scaling training programs that drive measurable results. You are comfortable developing team talent as you are influencing cross-functional strategy. You bring a growth mindset, excellent business acumen, and a collaborative spirit that builds across teams and cultures. You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing training teams, and scaling global programs with measurable business outcomes. 

Abilities required:

  • Strong presentation and training skills, including in both virtual and live environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and program leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage through influence in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience creating scalable frameworks for training delivery and measurement
  • Ability to develop, coach, and empower diverse teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading training for enterprise or strategic customers
  • Experience working with international teams and building regionally adapted programs

Bonus:

  • ExpExperience in SaaS is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Braze or customer engagement platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish or Portuguese, is a plus

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $116,600 - $129,500/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $137,200 - $152,400/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
