Give yourself and your career a touch of fonQ!</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Together with the fonQ and NADUVI shops, we have the ambition to become the preferred online shopping destination for Home &amp; Living in the Benelux. To achieve this, we have large projects running on the edge of IT and business; one of the largest is our front-end shop migration from a custom ecommerce platform to Shopify, for which we are looking for an experienced program manager to support the successful completion of this project!</p><p>The project is well on its way as the front-end development is nearly complete. We are now at the stage to bring this project to the rest of the organization and secure that the shop is working seamlessly in our IT-landscape and all business processes are operational. This requires somebody who oversees the full project, the dependencies, proper project management set-up, timelines and resources.</p><p>As timelines are short and the project is already started, we need somebody who can start immediately for minimum 3 days per week in the office in Utrecht.</p><p></p><p><strong>As a Project Manager:</strong></p><p> <em>Project Management &amp; Leadership:</em></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute comprehensive project plan</p></li><li><p>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors</p></li><li><p>Manage the budget of the project and ensure that financial resources are effectively allocated and spent on the various sub-projects</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage internal/external communications</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><em>Shopify project:</em></p><ul><li><p>Quickly get up to speed of the status of the running project and its sub-projects, bring overview and structure into the project</p></li><li><p>Oversee the full project and the dependencies with other projects</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the individual stakeholders of the different departments are engaged, have a clear understanding of what the project entails, what their roles &amp; key deliverables are and what the related timelines are</p></li><li><p>Deliver an integral plan how, by when, with whom, budget, etc. asap</p></li><li><p>Set-up the governance structure around the project, take ownership and show leadership in bringing this project to a successful launch of the new webshop</p></li><li><p>Manage internal and external stakeholders including partners</p></li><li><p>You report to our Head of Marketing.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><em>Risk &amp; Change Management:</em></p><ul><li><p>Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies and put forward decisions to steerco.
