The Role You’ll Play:
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on boosting sales productivity and scaling GTM operations through data and process excellence. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll turn insights from our sales tech stack into action—streamlining onboarding, refining the customer journey, and optimizing enablement for our Sales and Customer Success teams.
Your Main Tasks:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, Research) to align content with go-to-market strategy
- Own monthly Product Launch meeting and coordinate preparation of deck and meeting agenda with Product leaders
- Create and manage a sales training bootcamp program (sales 101/sales fundamental skills)
- Develop and administer Sales certification programs (product, skill, knowledge) for all key products and solutions.
- Conduct needs analyses, interviews Subject Matter Experts, and gathers content for enablement materials.
- Create needed materials, including exercises and activities, using Microsoft Word and Power Point and training technology platforms including Mindtickle.
- Partner with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining productivity dashboards to measure enablement and curriculum design effectiveness.
- Responsible for leading the planning and execution of the yearly Sales Kickoff Event (February).
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven track record building sales fundamentals and product certification program
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Mindtickle, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
- Sharp communication, project management, and organizational skills
Please note this is a US-based role.
In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for a bonus opportunity.
A little bit about our pay practices: Typically, we will hire at our Hiring Target, but actual starting pay may be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate experience, and budgetary constraints.
