Location: Stamford CT – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 3 months (with possible extensions)

Contract Daily Rate: $700

 

 

GFT is looking for a BA/Project Manager to work as part of our client’s Rule Mapping team. In this role, you'll not only analyze and report on regulations and rule mapping but also ensure project plans align with broader program goals. You'll drive key activities, preparing the business for smooth transitions while engaging stakeholders to implement impactful change.

 

You'll guide your team through the project lifecycle, set clear objectives, conduct individual assessments, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various franchises and functions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Own and drive the project delivery to meet its outcomes and milestone on time and on target;
• Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies;
• Lead and monitor the production of a project milestones and make sure that the solutions clearly support the required outcomes and is aligned to our strategic goals;
• Analyze the appropriate statements and prepare estimates for approval;
• Drive the creation of a financial business case;
• Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets;
• Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework;

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

• Minimum 8-10+ years of experience as a BA/Project Manager;
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with financial institutions as a PM;
• Experience delivering large complex regulatory projects to financial institutions and its growth agenda;
• Strong change management experience;
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers;
