About the role

The Business Development Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying and developing business opportunities. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to enter new markets, performing technical writing, and managing proposal development processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

This is a remote opportunity.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Market Space Research and Development:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities.

• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Develop strategies for market entry and expansion.

• Prepare detailed market analysis reports and presentations for senior management.


Technical Writing:

• Produce high-quality technical documents including white papers, case studies, and reports.

• Ensure all written materials adhere to the company’s standards and guidelines.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content.

• Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.


Proposal Coordination/Management:

• Coordinate and manage the entire proposal development process from initial concept to final submission.

• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Gather and organize information from various stakeholders to include in proposals.

• Write and edit proposal content, ensuring it is compelling and tailored to the client’s needs.

• Maintain a database of proposal templates and past proposals for future reference.


Education and Relevant Work Experience:

2 or more years of experience in business development, market research, or a related role.
