Employee and Customer Engagement Intern

If you are a Marketing or Sales student looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Shakopee or Chanhassen, MN location, you will be involved in a variety of employee and customer engagement responsibilities. 
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work within the global education organization while network across the company to develop strategy
• Support internal and customer training, including facilitating meetings with customers
• Enhance employee and customer engagement through creating activities to augment training content and updating materials based on feedback
• Analyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements. 
• Prepare templates to be used that facilitate collaboration and discussion during training sessions

  You have strong communication skills relating comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.  You are eager to learn and apply your learning to new situations.  You work collaboratively, are results-oriented and have a strong customer focus.   
    For This Role, You Will Need:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Zero (0) years related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
   

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales 
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Prior internship experience
