Senior Project Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Plans, monitors and may manage external projects from initiation through completion.

• May lead or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and people management.

• Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which brings distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

• May manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

•Applies a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments involving complex features.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience

• Experience leading teams and managing projects of low to medium complexity • Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment

• Basic project requirements analysis

• Working knowledge of project management to include:

o Resource Planning

o Work Planning

o Scheduling

o Cost tracking

o Risk & Issue planning and mitigation

o Team Management

o Client Status reporting
