Client Relations Liaison - Remote

The liaison has the primary responsibility for working with healthcare providers developing documentation solutions with a focus on cost, quality, and efficiency. The liaison is the communication link between Documentation Services and the clinical practice, providing feedback and education. Serves on institutional committees/work groups/client practice groups; provides in-depth expertise in medical documentation best practices, clinical processes, process improvement, problem resolution and regulatory agency and institutional standards and requirements. May serve as a first point of contact for Documentation Services customer relations. Requires strong problem solving ability. Demonstrates ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse groups of individuals and disciplines. Performs other duties as assigned.
This Position is 100% Remote can work from anywhere within the United States

Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field with 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting or an Associate’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a healthcare
setting. . Experience in multiple clinical areas within a large healthcare institution is preferred. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and work with individuals at various levels a must. Requires skill in effective decision making and consensus management. Must possess strong analytical and practical math skills for business analysis. The applicant must have the knowledge of clinical application functionality. Mayo Quality Academy certification or equivalent preferred. Demonstrate organizational, communication and teaching skills. Work experience within Documentation Services beneficial.
Candidates must articulate a willingness to work with and be available to staff spread over a wide geographical area, with varying schedules.
