Our Asphalt business is an exciting and innovative addition to our business, and we are investing heavily in its growth.  We are currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager. Job Description

Help us proactively prospect long-term, profitable relationships and manage sales objectives at the territory level. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue and net profit objectives as agreed upon with management.

  • Understand and implement the Colorbiotics Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs are met by specific products and services.
  • Educate customers and prospects about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Conduct Customer Needs Assessments and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force.
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing.
  • Understand and implement marketing plan initiatives…driving key asphalt products, services and technologies toward key target markets.
  • Maintain and grow the customer base.  Develop new and profitable accounts utilizing all asphalt products
  • Handle and resolve customer equipment needs in a timely manner to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Provide equipment related operational reviews, minor service and repair, and handle parts inquiries in conjunction with the technical services team
  • Calibrate and compare competitive products and provide recommendations on efficiency.
  • Attend Trade Shows to promote Colorbiotics products.
  • Interact with internal key departments and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Studies, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or business outside sales
  • Travel: 75%
  • Must have valid US driver's license and US Passport.
  • Knowledge of electrical diagrams, wiring, welding, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strategic Business Planning

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and Team player
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet applications)
  • Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds occasionally.
