Position Details:

MedElite is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Representative to drive new business with our Skilled Nursing Facilities. As a vital member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls to patients, responsible parties, and facilities to introduce and offer our services
• Proactively prospect and cold call to develop new client relationships
• Maintain and update prospect lists while managing existing client accounts
• Facilitate the lifecycle process, establishing ongoing communication for future business opportunities
• Resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications::

• LPN license required; long-term care experience preferred
• Proficiency in customer service and telephone etiquette
• Experience with inbound and outbound phone communication
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
• Strong understanding of governmental regulations and Medicare eligibility requirements
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and selling abilities

Salary Range: $25 per hour
