Summary: The Staffing Intern will play a key role in sourcing top-talent, support hiring initiatives and provide overall support to the Staffing Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assist with reviewing candidate applications.
· Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels.
· Assist with scheduling phone interviews and onsite interviews.
· Launch background checks.
· Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
· Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing Staffing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Assist with Advertising initiatives.
· Attend career fairs as needed.
· Assist with new hire orientation as needed.
· Provide overall support to the Staffing team as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED;
· Currently attending accredited institution majoring in HR Management or Business Administration.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask, stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
· A passion for recruiting & talent acquisition initiatives.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
