Our team counts over 1000 passionate professionals whose main assets are the expertise and top qualifications, combined with multilingual skills, ranging from English, German, French and Italian, to Portuguese, Spanish and Romanian.  </p> <p> </p> <p>At Allianz Services Romania, we aim to attract best talents and create an inspiring environment for our people to develop, while unceasingly caring for our community and for shaping a better future together!</p> <p> </p> <p>Job role</p> <p> </p> <p>Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) Department under Allianz Technology Group, in Infrastructure and Information Security function, supports the digitalization strategy of Allianz Group in that it designs, engineers and operates its security backbone, providing secure and compliant processes and technical solutions to fully manage digital identities for all employees and contractors, control their access to IT systems, services and data as well as reporting and analytic services to support OE auditing and compliance requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Senior Financial Controller has various duties related to financial oversight and control within the IAM function. This includes responsibilities such as budgeting and financial planning for IAM initiatives, tracking and reporting on IAM-related expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal financial policies, and providing financial analysis to support IAM decision-making and P&amp;L.</p> <p> </p> <p>As for the stakeholders to get in contact with under this position, they include individuals from finance, IAM leadership, procurement, and potentially external auditors or regulatory bodies. These stakeholders are typically involved in financial planning, budget approvals, financial reporting, and ensuring that IAM activities are aligned with financial controls and regulations.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's important for the financial controller under IAM to collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure sound financial management of IAM activities and to address any financial-related concerns or requirements that may arise within the IAM function. Under local team, there are already 7 colleagues performing these activities, for different portfolios under the function.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you will do</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, billing, and internal controls within the department based on portfolio in scope;</li> <li>Ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, managing financial risks, and implementing and maintaining internal controls</li> <li>Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations</li> <li>Service performance and quality review (budgeting and forecasting of the costs and revenues, P&amp;L, deviations, and action plan for mitigate in the upcoming months, provisions, and accruals)</li> <li>Financial management collaboration (interface for all stakeholders involved in End-to-End process such as Product Owner, Account Managers, Procurement, AP, AR, Functional Controller, Service Managers, Top Management)</li> <li>Management of actions, issues, decisions, risks, and escalations</li> <li>Support, monitor and track customer contracting (conclusion and amendment of order agreements)</li> <li>Enter billing orders in ServiceNow (external billing) and SAP (internal service charges)</li> </ul> <p>and track and follow up on processing status until payment receipt</p> <ul> <li>Track and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely processing by the different parties involved</li> <li>Setting up customer projects, obtain project approvals and to manage cost including external contracting</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What you bring</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>7-10 years experience in finance and accounting, including progressive experience in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis</li> <li>A deep understanding of financial operations within the Information Security industry, including knowledge of Information Security industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and best practices</li> <li>Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced knowledge
