ABOUT THE ROLEThe Program Team Lead is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations supporting persons served with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This position is designed to ensure that quality services are provided to individuals and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe physical site. Some details about the role include but are not limited to:- Assist, develop, implement, monitor, and update organization, unit, and site program goals and objectives
- Attend Intellectual Disability Unit Meetings and other meetings as required
- Plan and manage cost efficiently including overtime costs

- Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:30p
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1-year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability and/or autism
- OR a Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university and 2-years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism
- OR an Associate’s degree from accredited college/university or 60 credit hours and 4-years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive an organization vehicle
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances
- Pre-Employment Physical, Drug Screening and TB test
- Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment
