Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: 2PM - 10PM (Mon - Fri)
How you will make an impact:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mixing Technician to play a key role in our product development process. In this hands-on position, you’ll plan and prepare fluid batches based on production needs and shelf life, perform quality tests, and ensure accurate documentation. You’ll also help improve mixing processes and coordinate equipment maintenance—making you an essential part of our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Attributes and Qualifications:
Knowledge of measurements and the ability to use calculations to scale batch sizes.
High attention to detail with proven ability to follow detailed instructions.
Experience mixing chemicals or different formulas preferred. We would also consider individuals with a culinary background with strong knowledge of mixing ingredients.
Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity to perform improvements and basic repairs to the machinery to minimize downtime and optimize output.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Adaptable, Flexible & Reliable.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment where time-management, organizational and math skills are used regularly.
