As a Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

We are seeking a highly organized and creative candidate to drive planning, execution, and operational support for key internal initiatives, events, and strategic projects. This role will be responsible for Planning and Logistics; supporting the development of event and employee engagement concepts, create project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate event logistics (venue selection, catering, etc). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for crafting engaging employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Budget Management - Manage event budgets and track expenses
- Event Execution - Oversee the on-site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute business experience initiatives.
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of live and virtual all-hands events and other large-scale internal communications.
- Coordinate content ideation and development, working with stakeholders to craft engaging messaging and experiences.

Job Description

• Supports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
• Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
