Overview:

Design and drive annual merit and bonus planning processes including timeline, communications, budget, system configuration, training, reporting and calibration. Provide data driven input for the development and delivery of competitive total rewards strategies/programs that aligned with overall Bunge strategy. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and project manage the annual compensation planning cycle while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

  • Consult and support business/client groups globally including managing the job architecture/benchmarking processes, consulting on internal and external offers, and other compensation related requests. 
  • Provide analytical support including data modeling, dashboards and work with a variety of data sources - extracting knowledge and actionable information from massive datasets
  • Collaborate with HRIS/HRIT and other HR team members to develop and implement HR system improvements to align with the Total Rewards strategy.  Participate in global workstreams on various Total Rewards CoE sponsored projects (year-end communications, Annual Incentive Plans (AIP communications, system configuration/testing, etc.)
  • Perform regular compensation benchmarking analysis and develop creative solutions that are globally aligned to drive attraction and retention of talent
  • Design and implement training materials and communications to educate HR Partners and Business Leaders on total rewards programs, policies and practices
  • Design, implement and manage compensation structures that meet global business requirements
  • Coach, guide and develop business partners on Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management or related field.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite/ Senior Business leaders in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships) desired.
  • Experience operating in a business partner model, working with local, regional and global managers to create positive business outcomes;
  • Provides leadership and direction through professional and support staff
  • Consistently communicates clear direction, objectives and links to strategy.
  • Excels at translating complex ideas into simple terms at a level appropriate for the audience.
  • Assist in the development as well as adapts and executes Comp strategies
  • Make decisions aligned to Bunge’s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
